Sunday, March 15th, 2009

Success has been no stranger to Katie MacRae over the course of her career, which began in the travel industry when she was 20 years old. By the age of 21, she was already managing her own branch in Melbourne. This position helped her to develop the sales, management and leadership skills she displays in her work today.

Since entering the world of real estate, Katie’s skills have blossomed. Her highly driven yet friendly approach has been proven time and time again to achieve the best possible results for her clients. Katie describes herself as honest, reliable and approachable and it is these traits that have ensured her success in the industry.

Katie’s other passion in life is cooking and entertaining. She also enjoys travelling and learning about different cultures and has travelled around Australia, South East Asia, Europe and the UK.

She enjoys working alongside Felix Hakins, and together they create a dynamic team who pride themselves on their local knowledge and the exceptional service that Fletchers is so well known for. “There is almost nothing you can’t accomplish if you set your mind to it,” Katie said. “I’m renovating my own home at the moment and loving every minute of it. Owning a property becomes a passion, especially when you’re trying to create a home in which you can take pride and pleasure.”
With a passion for real estate, especially helping people find the right property, Katie has a great future ahead of her.

Raised in Ocean Grove, Pip loves returning to work on the Bellarine Peninsula

With a passion for singing and entertaining, Pip Pattison brings a refreshing approach to real estate with her bubbling, ebullient personality and love of property. Working as a Property Consultant for Fletchers is a demanding role, not one to be taken lightly, so Property News asked Pip why she chose to work in Real Estate.

“I started in real estate at the age of 20 in sales for a renowned national development company and have loved it ever since,” she said.
“With a determined attitude and a strong focus on organisation, I ensure that I achieve the best results every time and go that extra mile for my clients. I’m passionate about working with them to fulfil their dream to buy or sell a home. Whether they’re buyers or sellers I always strive to develop a long-term relationship.
“It’s not every day you buy a house, for some people it’s a once in a lifetime experience, so it’s really great being a part of that moment. It’s particularly pleasing too that I’m working alongside James Gladman our Director,” Pip said. “James has a wealth of experience in the industry and there’s no doubt I can benefit from his knowledge not just of the local market but the industry as a whole.”

Pip said she grew up in Ocean Grove and was pleased to be again working on the Bellarine Peninsula. “I have a firsthand knowledge of the advantages of living in the area. I especially enjoy the relaxed coastal lifestyle,” she said.
